Good Faith Exam Policy

All first-time clients are required to complete a Good Faith Exam prior to receiving IV hydration services. This evaluation is conducted by a licensed medical provider to ensure safety and eligibility. Good Faith Exams must be renewed annually.

Booking & Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Same-day bookings may be available based on provider availability. A valid form of identification may be required at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged a fee.

Travel Fee Policy

Travel within 20 miles of Katy is included in the service price. Travel between 21 and 40 miles will incur an additional $50 fee.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards and approved payment methods.

Medical Safety

All services are performed by trained professionals following safety protocols. Clients must disclose full medical history, allergies, and current medications.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once administered. If you are deemed ineligible after assessment, you will not be charged for treatment.
